Client reviews can be completed and a review date can be set to when the next follow up with the client should happen.
1) Find the required client
2) Click on Client Details -> Client Summary
3) Click on the arrow next to Next Client Review
4) Enter the review date, summary and any further notes
You can also tick the ‘Automatically Create Enquiry For Review’ Box to automatically generate a Review Framework at a specifically set time. You can set the number of ‘Days Before Due Date’ and select the Enquiry Type.
This will populate in your adviser’s workflow at the relevant date set.
By double clicking on the task, you will be taken to the enquiry:
Any Client Review that is completed using this section of FinPlan can be reported on by running the Client Review Report.
