To add a new client on your FinPlan system, please follow the steps outlined in this article.
From your FinPlan homepage select ‘Add New Client‘.
Select the client type and enter the client details.
A second box will be added to the screen which asks you to complete one mandatory field. This identifies any potential duplicate clients in the system.
Finally, you will have the option to start a new enquiry or just add the client to the system.
If you opt not to create a new enquiry a New Client window will give you the option to add some basic client information before a record is created.
